Everest Finanse acquires 100% shares in Tempo Finanse

October, 2017 - Poland - Everest Finanse, owner of Bocian Pożyczki brand, has acquired consumer loan company Tempo Finanse from a private equity fund managed by ESO Capital.

Navigator Capital, a member of Pandion Partners, advised the buyer.
