James Cook Languages acquired by Solotron

July, 2018 - Czech Republic - NEWTON Business Development further continues in helping the Czech language education market consolidation. We have advised our client – Solotron – in acquisition of language school group James Cook Languages active on the Czech, Slovak and Polish markets. It is about two years after the takeover of EDUA Group, a leading educational group on the Czech market, and a year after the takeover of JIPKA language school group.
