Viessmann Group has acquired 100% of Kospel S.A.

November 2019 - The Viessmann Group (Germany), one of the world's leading manufacturers of industrial heating and refrigeration systems has acquired 100% of Kospel S.A. (Poland).

Kospel has over 500 employees at four Polish locations and is manufacturing electric heaters, instantaneous water heaters and hot water storage tanks.

The Navigator Capital Group, member of Pandion Partners in Poland, acted as sole financial advisor to the owners of Kospel S.A.
